Two Easy Ways to GIVE When You SHOP!

The more you shop at Kroger and Amazon the more you will be giving to Heart of the City Mission Foundation!  All you need to do is sign up with these simple instructions!

Kroger Instructions:
1) Click Here to sign-in to your Kroger account (if you have the App installed click on "Community Rewards")
2) under the Community Rewards tab in the SEARCH BOX enter QE637 and click on the magnifying glass
3) Heart of the City Mission Foundation should be displayed and then confirm it
4) Every purchase will now help Heart of the City Mission Foundation earn much appreciated donations

Amazon Smile:
1) Click Here to sign up for Amazon Smile or to change your giving designation 
2) Choose Heart of the City Mission Foundation as your giving to Charity
