VIP Meet&Greet Reception - Important Information

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION 

DIRECTIONS:
Summit Equestrian Center Is located at 10808 LaCabreah Lane, Fort Wayne, IN 46845 

EVENT ACCESS AND PARKING:
For VIP ticket holders:  VIP / Sponsor Meet&Greet Reception with Major John L. Plaster, USA, Ret begins at 5PM. (General Admission ticket holders will be admitted at 6pm) 

If you have purchased a VIP ticket to the fundraiser, you are entitled to park in either of the two lots at the Summit Equestrian barn (a/k/a North Eastern Group building) located at 10808 LaCabreah Lane.   

Once those lots are full, overflow parking will be available at Dawsons Creek Professional Village parking lot located at 10315 Dawsons Creek Blvd.  Signage and volunteers will be located at the intersection of Dupont Road and Dawsons Creek Blvd. and the parking lot to direct you to parking.

Trolley cars will transport you to and from the Dawsons Creek Professional Village parking lot to the Summit Equestrian barn.  Trolley shuttle service will begin at 5:30pm. 

Trolley service will resume at the end of the evening and run until 10:45 pm.

IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION:
VIP guests will check in at registration and secure a bid number.  Major Plaster will also have books available for purchase and signing during the VIP Reception.

This event is NOT reserved seating. There will be open seating tables and chairs and rail seating in the barn arena.

The barn is heated; however, some of the activities will be held in unheated areas so please dress accordingly with consideration to the weather.

The Cigar Lounge is located separately but adjacent to the barn/arena in a tented area outside.  Live feed of the keynote speaker and live auction will be available in the Cigar Lounge.

WHAT TO WEAR:
This event is being held in a horse arena/barn area. So dress like you are going to a barn: jeans, boots/shoes (these may get dusty or dirty) or similar duds.

FOOD & DRINK:
Event box dinners catered by Mission BBQ will include succulent Slow Smoked Hand Pulled Pork, Maggie’s Mac-N-Cheese, Baked Beans with Brisket, and Cornbread, and your favorite BBQ sauces. 

Beer wine, soda and water will be available throughout the evening, along with spirited, specialty signature drinks.  In addition, Hotel Tango, Edwin Coe, and Three Rivers Distilling Co., our three featured Indiana Bourbon Distilleries, will be offering bourbon samples at their “stalls” in the horse stall area.
